Jay Z might be the face of Roc Nation, but there are a few people behind the scenes of his organization that deserve recognition, too. When online clothing retailer Project Gravitas decided to recognize leading career individuals for their “Women of Gravitas” series, Roc Nation executives Jana Fleishman and Jennifer Justice were easy choices.

Fleishman and Justice, both executive vice presidents of strategic marketing and business development, have both worked with Hov for over a decade and have been at Roc Nation since its inception in 2008. Together, they’ve helped the careers of Rihanna, Meek Mill, J. Cole, Skylar Diggins and Rita Ora, among others, reach remarkable heights.

Aside from being honored as “Women of Gravitas,” Projcet Gravitas will donate 10 percent of every Audrey dress sold in July to the Shawn Carter Foundation, the Jay-Z-founded charity centered on providing scholarships to students facing socioeconomic difficulties. The sheath dress, which has built-in shapewear, comes in three colors and retails for $395.

Fleishman, who admitted she recently losing weight, finds the Gravitas dresses to be a perfect fit for her slimmer frame. “Project Gravitas dresses are amazing because they show off my new figure,” she said. “They slim the waist and hug in the right way. Every single one I tried just works.”

But that’s not the only way Roc Nation has teamed up with the Project Gravitas. Customers can enter to win VIP tickets to one of the Made in America music fests in Philadelphia and Los Angeles next month.
